Ordering and Payment

Prices exclude postage, you can see postage costs here.

We aim to process orders within 2-3 days. However, where specified some of our items are made to order and may require up to 4 weeks subject to availability of stock.

In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you immediately to give you the option of an alternative delivery date or product. When ordering we would ask you to provide us with a contact telephone number.

We make every effort to ensure that the goods you order are as seen on our web site. However, some items made to order may vary slightly and we reserve the right to add an alternative material of equal quality.

All payments made via the internet are processed by Paypal. This offers security and protection.

Should you prefer you can choose to pay by for your goods by cheque. If you choose this option at the Checkout you will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and updates when we receive your cheque and despatch your goods. Please make cheques payable to LILY VOGUE and send to:

Please write your cheque guarantee number and order number (found in the confirmation email) on the back of the cheque – your goods will be despatched as soon as your payment has cleared.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you may return them to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. To cancel your order you must advise us be email.

Providing all goods are returned to us in perfect condition and within all packaging provided we will refund the purchase price of the goods in full which we aim to do as soon as we have checked and received your return item. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of the delivery, return postage or merchant fees.

We ask you to ensure that all items are returned securely packaged. We regret that we will be unable to offer refunds on any items broken in transit from you to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

We are unable to refund on items that have been made to order.
